Description

We are looking for a talented UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in UX design, with a focus on understanding product specifications and user psychology. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for conducting concept and usability testing and gathering feedback, creating personas through user research and data, defining the right interaction model and evaluating its success, and developing wireframes and prototypes around customer needs. You should be able to find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability) and work with UI designers to implement attractive designs. Additionally, you will be expected to communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers, keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends, and ensure that all designs are user-centered. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Requirements

2-4 years of experience as a UX Designer
Location: IIT Powai, Mumbai
Ability to develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs

Strong communication skills to effectively communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
